Fitness and wellbeing has always been a passion of mine. I started as a fitness instructor back in 2008 and have been teaching classes ever since from aerobics to supple strength, kids and outdoor fitness to Yoga and mostly recently online HIIT, stretch and cardio strength classes
During this time I have competed a number of diet and nutrition courses, life coaching certifications and recently completed a wellness diploma. Finally, working as a mental health volunteer previously made me realise the importance of mental as well as physical wellbeing, I am excited to launch Vitality Wellbeing and look forward to helping people achieve their goals for a healthy and fulfilled lifestyle
